These Terms govern your use of the Avelisse Fashion website and any purchase you make from us. Placing an order or using this site means you accept them. If you don't accept them, please don't use the site.

1. About us

Avelisse Fashion sells women's clothing to customers in the United Kingdom.

Avelisse Fashion is a trading name of OS Marketing, registered in the Netherlands under KvK number 92991599, at Hooikamp 33, 4143 VP Leerdam, Netherlands. VAT NL004991082B65.

2. Who can order

You must be 18 or over to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you are.

3. Products and prices

All items are subject to availability, and we may withdraw or change any product at any time.

Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Prices can change, but the price you pay is the one displayed when you complete your order. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we'll contact you before processing — you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

We take reasonable care to show colours, materials, and details accurately. Screens vary, so slight differences between the image and the item you receive are possible.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, including where we suspect fraud, where a price is wrong, or where stock isn't available.

You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed. This acknowledges receipt; the contract between us forms when we dispatch the item.

You're responsible for giving accurate delivery and contact details. We aren't liable for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect information entered at checkout.

5. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Payments are handled by certified third-party providers. We don't store your full card details.

You confirm that the payment method used is yours, or that you're authorised to use it.

6. Delivery

We deliver to United Kingdom addresses only, excluding PO Boxes and BFPO addresses. Timeframes are estimates and are set out in our Shipping Policy. We aren't responsible for delays caused by couriers or by events outside our reasonable control.

7. Returns, refunds, and cancellation

Your statutory right to cancel within 14 days of delivery, and your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, apply in full and are not affected by these Terms. Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms and sets out how returns work in practice, including our 30-day window.

8. Intellectual property

The content on this site — text, images, logos, graphics, and layout — belongs to Avelisse Fashion or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access our systems or data without authorisation
• Interfere with how the site functions
• Submit false or misleading information when ordering
• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools on the site without permission

We may suspend or withdraw access for anyone who breaches these Terms.

10. Third-party links

The site may link to third-party websites, including payment providers and carriers. We aren't responsible for their content or practices, and a link doesn't mean we endorse them.

11. Our liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law. Your legal rights as a consumer are unaffected.

Subject to that, we aren't liable for losses that weren't foreseeable at the time the contract was made, or for any loss arising from use of the products in a business context — including loss of profit, business, or opportunity. Our total liability in connection with any order won't exceed the amount you paid for the item concerned.

12. Events outside our control

We aren't liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations where the cause is outside our reasonable control. If such an event occurs, we'll contact you and either extend the delivery estimate or, where the delay is substantial, cancel and refund your order in full.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. As a UK consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections under the law of your country of residence.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
